Mono pumps consist of a helical rotor that makes eccentric rotation in the stator, which is made of rubber or a flexible material chosen according to the purpose of use. As a result of the combined movement of the rotor and stator, the constant and regular transfer of the product ensures the preservation of the physical and chemical properties of the product. The surfaces in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
Main Parts
Monopumps are preferred for transferring problematic liquids. The flow is uniform inside the pump. Velocity and pressure changes are smooth. Therefore, it is ideal for liquids that are affected by sudden speed and pressure changes. By changing the rotation location of the rotor, the suction and discharge direction can be changed. The fluid is pumped without foam formation, crushing and without deterioration of its properties. The pressure provided by the pump does not depend on the speed and flow rate. The fact that the seal is on the suction side ensures that viscous and solid-particle fluids are transferred without being damaged. The absence of connection elements such as valves, flaps, valves ensures easy elimination of technical malfunctions. It can absorb up to 4-5 meters. By adding electronic speed control or variator to the pumps, max. and min. capacities are adjustable. The pumps work with electric motors, gasoline and diesel engines.
